Terms and Conditions

FOR ARTWORK:

Off-the-shelf items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. All items include FREE postage within the UK. All items to the US will be priced at £35 each for postage. Please contact us for shipping costs to other countries.

All items will be sent tracked and insured. We will take great care to package your item to ensure it arrives safely. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact the courier in the first place for a refund.

Please note that we use recycled / repurposed packaging materials wherever possible.


FOR CLASSES:

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our adult art classes and craft workshops (“Sessions”).

PLEASE NOTE: the class venue is up a steep set of stairs. Unfortunately the class space is therefore NOT accessible to people with severe mobility issues nor for wheelchair users. We unfortunately have no control over this due to the nature of the building, which is beyond our control. While it adds to the charm of the premises, it can be a little tricky to navigate. Please take care on the steps.


1 Class Size & Types of Sessions
Classes are held in small groups of max. 8 people, to ensure everyone gets ample 1-1 attention during class time. Unless otherwise stated, the class fee includes materials. All classes include tea/coffee and biscuits.

We provide individual (one-off) Sessions and blocks of Sessions, which run over several days or weeks. Session dates are included in the description. It is your responsibility to take note of all Session dates.

2.            Booking Our Sessions and Payment
Full payment for any Sessions is due at the time of booking, online, via credit or debit card. We use Stripe as our payment processor.

3 Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Individual Sessions
If an individual (one-off) Session needs to be cancelled by you, we will provide 100% refund up to 48hrs ahead of the event. If cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, we will apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the Session Fee, unless we are able to otherwise fill the space.

3.2 Blocks of Sessions
Blocks need to be paid in full at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend all Session dates. Session dates are included in the description.
If cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, we will apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the Session Fee, unless we are able to otherwise fill the space.
If you attend the first Session in a block of Sessions and change your mind thereafter, a 60% refund will be issued. If you attend two or more Sessions in a block of Sessions and then change your mind thereafter, no refund can be given for the remaining Sessions.

3.3  How and when your refund will be made.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, using the same method you used for payment. Please note it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be issued.

4       Cancellation from our end:

4.1  We are not responsible for delays or outside our control. If our supply of any Session is prevented because of an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and arrange a suitable alternative. This includes cancellations due to Instructor illness, weather warnings, Pandemic conditions, availability of the premises, and force majeure.

4.2 We may permanently stop the Sessions. We may write to you to let you know that we are going to stop providing the Sessions. We will let you know at least one month in advance of our stopping the supply of the Sessions and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for Sessions which will not be provided.

5.             Our rights to end the agreement

5.1  We may end the agreement if you breach it. We may end the agreement at any time by writing to you if:

(a)  you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due; or

(b)  you act in a disruptive manner, which we believe affects the running of a Session or prejudices the safety of the other participants.

5.2  You must compensate us if you breach the agreement. If we end the agreement in the situations set out in clause 5.1 you will remain liable to pay our charges for the remainder of the Sessions that you purchased and we will not refund you for the for any remaining sessions as we will be unable to fill the space.

7 Health Issues
Please notify us whether you have any health or learning issues. We do not offer or provide any medical supervision and our Sessions may not be suitable for all adults. While we do our best to provide gluten free biscuits, we cannot cater for all food intolerances. Please bring your own biscuits if needed, and please bring your own dairy substitute for tea/coffee.
