Shipping
We take care to package your item carefully so it will arrive with you safely. Because we value sustainability, we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All items are sent tracked and insured. We take photographs of the contents, the way we package them, and the sealed package before we dispatch items. We will send you the tracking information after dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier in the first place to request compensation.
UK Shipping
All products include free UK postage.
International shipping
All US purchases are charged a flat fee of £35 for shipping. If an item is small and the cost of postage falls below £35, we will refund you the difference.

Returns:
When you buy goods from us, by law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described. In addition, our policy for returns is as follows:

For off-the-shelf items bought via the shop:
For off-the-shelf products bought directly from this website, we allow returns within 14 days. You will cover the postage cost of returns. We will refund you the cost of the item once we receive the item back in its original condition. All items are shipped tracked and insured, and we take photographs of the item, the way we package it, and the sealed package before we dispatch the item. We will send you the tracking code. If items arrive damaged in the post, please contact the courier in the first place to claim compensation.
For bespoke commissions or personalised items:
We DO NOT allow returns or refunds on personalised items.
If you commission a personalised piece from us, we will keep you updated during the design stages and will send you images for approval before the item reaches a stage where it cannot be altered (i.e. before we permanently glue personal items such as photographs or names/dates down). Once this final step is approved by you and the item is therefore personalised, we cannot accept returns nor issue refunds. If a bespoke item arrives damaged in the post, please contact the courier for a refund. All bespoke commissions are sent tracked and insured and we take great care to package your items. We take photographs of the item, the way we package it, and the sealed package before dispatch.
FOR CRAFT SUPPLIES:
We allow a 14-day returns policy and will refund you provided the items are returned in the condition they were sent out to you. We sell a mixture of new and preloved items, and details can be found in the individual items’ description. If an item gets damaged or lost in the post, please contact the courier in the first place for a refund.
